Mark and John have three friends:

Maria, Francis and Richard, who are three different ages (10, 12 and 14).

According to Mark, Francis is 14 and Maria is 12.

According to John, however, Richard is 14 while Francis is 12.

Each of them has guessed the age of a friend while has mistaken that of the other.

What is the age of Maria, Francis and Richard?
